Meet Pooja

Why I started Tessori

I started Tessori because I wanted a place in the neighbourhood where you could sit for as long as you liked over one coffee and nobody would mind. Somewhere to work, to meet a friend, to be on your own for a bit.

Everything here is pure vegetarian, and everything from the bakery is eggless — not as a compromise, but because that is how I cook at home and I wanted the café to feel the same way.

We're on the second floor, across two levels joined by a staircase. Come up, take whichever seat looks right, and stay as long as you like.
